Koval Dry Gin is a small batch gin from the first distillery in Chicago in over 100 years. Koval Distillery work with local farmers in Illinois to source the grain they use to make the base spirit. All the ingredients used are certified both organic and kosher. Koval Dry Gin is distilled using juniper, rose hip, angelica and coriander as well as a secret blend of woodland spices. The piney, resinous aromas of juniper are the most prominent, with a lot of powerful floral notes and some spices on the finish. It excels in a Martini, but also tastes fantastic in a G&T. The label reflects the artisanal and complex nature of the gin, laser cut and embossed with gold foil, yet still printed using environmentally sustainable processes.
